Korg padKontrol & Doepfer Pocket Dial
Good results achived with ableton live and sequencer template similar to one form The Covert Operators ( http://www.covops.org ) - the Covert Seq
Doepref POcket Dial for pitch/volume/accent/etc settings and korg padkontrol for trigerring sequence and mutes and visual feedback.
