Ableton Live 9, Push and some good info for owners of Suite 8 too.

"We've noticed some confusion about upgrade pricing for Live 9, and wanted to clarify things here.

To begin with, pricing in the Ableton web shop adapts according to products that a customer already owns - including versions of Live, Instruments, and Max for Live. As such, people who own different combinations will see different upgrade prices. Nevertheless, we see the confusion amongst customers, and will try to make our pricing as transparent as possible to everyone, as soon as possible.

Existing Suite 8 owners will be offered an exclusive introductory discount on upgrades to Live 9 Suite, to be made available upon release. This introductory discount is not yet shown on the website, as Live 9 Suite is not yet available. We apologize for any confusion or frustration from our oversight in not making this discount clear on ableton.com, and ask for your patience as we iron out the kinks in our new site."

UNIQLO Wake Up

This is UNIQLO's alarm app called "Wake Up". It's a simple alarm clock but it incorporates music from Yoko Kanno (Cowboy Bebop, Wolf's Rain, Ghost in the Shell) and Cornelius into the alarm - based on the weather, time and day of the week.

Reason Rack Extensions Ain't Cheap...

Ok maybe I am  little bit naive but was hoping for lower prices of extensions racks.( more like iOS price tag)
The idea of having Reason with all that new racks is a tempting one but now, I am not sure, especially that most of us already owns tons of expensive or not plugins, soft synths inside Ableton or Logic.
Just have a look

Sbtrkt - Something goes right

Yeah, Something goes right,
Yeah, something goes right,
Yeah something goes right
and you're hoping that it goes right, that it goes right, that it goes right oh

You wouldn't even know, you wouldn't even care,
you wouldn't even know, you wouldn't even care
I've been there though, I've been there though, I've been there though-oh.

Standing in a dream world, sitting next to you, up in the clouds, up up in the clouds, up up in the clouds
Sitting on the edge, looking down at the earth
Looking up into space, up up into space, up up into space

(Chorus) Is it better to let you go?
Or is it better to let you know?
You should t-t-t-take it, you should t-t-t-take it back

Is it better to let you go?
Or is it better to let you know?
You should t-t-t-take it, you should t-t-t-take it back

I've only got myself self self to blame
Love something thinking things will never change
These feelings probably will still still remain, I was always hurt

& I've been feeling like this most most of my life woah
I've been feeling like things aint gonna change
Things aint gonna get it back?

(chorus)

I keep on having these conversations & p-p-p-praying
I keep on staring at these constellations & p p p praying
and these bitter thoughts that keep on escaping
I wish that they were staying and something would go right and something will go right, go right

Dont you bring me down. Dont you bring me down. Dont you bring me down.

(Chorus)

Yeah, something goes right,
Yeah something goes right
and you're hoping that it goes right, that it goes right, that it goes right oh

You wouldn't even know, you wouldn't even care,
you wouldn't even know, you wouldn't even care
I've been there though, I've been there though, I've been there though-oh.

Standing in a dream world, sitting next to you, up in the clouds, up up in the clouds, up up in the clouds
Sitting on the edge, looking down at the earth
Up into space, up up into space, up up into space
